With the help of Millad NX 8000 transparent agent technology, INI, INI nylon, First Airlines nylon and American First Airlines polypropylene have been significantly improved in performance and fog, thus providing convenient conditions for the development of high transparency and high quality plastic household products. More importantly, in the injection molding process, the application of this additive can also reduce the conversion temperature. Therefore, the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions of processing plants will be reduced accordingly.

Several industry experiments have shown that Millad NX 8000 can reduce the required processing temperature from 235 to 190 (455 to 374), thus saving about 8-12% of energy consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

Energy-saving Advantage Achieved UL Certification

In 2013, Millad NX 8000 received UL certification for the first time. Nowadays, downstream foundry enterprises and brand owners have begun to recognize the value of this concept.

UL Environment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UL of American Insurance Laboratory, has confirmed that Millad NX 8000 transparent agent can reduce energy consumption by about 8-12% in injection moulding transparent INI, INI nylon, Aviation I nylon and Aviation I polypropylene products.

Meriken Chemicals works closely with China Plastic Association Plastic Household Appliances Committee, so that consumers can get a clearer understanding of the advantages of using Millad NX 8000 in transparent polypropylene INI, INI nylon, First Airlines nylon and First Airlines products in the United States.
